Linoleum to Letterpress
Experience the entire process of designing and carving a linoleum relief block specifically for printing on our vintage Vandercook letterpress! Our plates will be “type high” linoleum blocks which are engineered for the letterpress. Arrive with a simple image, transfer the image to the block and carve during the workshop. The second half of the workshop will take you through the steps of actually printing a small edition of your own block.
No experience necessary.
*If you own your own linoleum carving tools, please bring them with you to the class.

Cancellation policy: An individual that submits a cancellation prior to midnight, August 28, 2024 will be refunded the full workshop fee (less transaction fee). Cancellations must be received via email to info@phoenixrisingprintmaking.org. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after August 29, 2024.
