Saari Solo Exhibition @ Wehrle Gallery
A native of Colombia and ODU’s newest faculty member in its Art and Design department, Eliana Calle-Saari is begins the academic year by presenting a solo exhibition at the Wehrle Gallery on the campus of the Ohio Dominican University, titled “A Life in Printmaking”.

The exhibit includes: woodcuts embellished with collage, sequins and watercolors; cyanotypes inspired by domestic scenes including her laundry; and artist books. The artist is also pioneering a new way of making relief prints using a 3-D printer and has included some of these new prints, too.
