Jessie Horning completes Recent Grad Membership
Jessie Horning completed her 12 consecutive week Recent Graduate Membership at our cooperative in Jan 2018. She is a dynamic contemporary printmaker! Jessie uses Sintra (a pvc board) as her plate material. Jessie approaches her current imagery thinking about the residue, record and ghosts of her life experiences and memories. She uses stencils to add depth, mass and texture to her prints. As a requirement of this special membership, she presented an artist talk about her approach to printmaking and her accomplishments during her membership.
