Otterbein artist-in-residence, Lancelott Belaunde
Otterbein University and Nicholas Hill, Professor of Art, at the university welcomed Artist in Residence, Lancelott Belaunde, from Santiago, Chile, to Columbus during October.
While in Chile, Lancelott create a suite of prints to exhibit at Otterbein during his residence. Approximately twenty-five of the new prints were exhibited for the first time in the entrance to Miller Gallery.
While in Columbus, Lancelott attended our October artist talk event. He then returned to etch and develop images on copper plates for new prints. A special Thank you to core member Eliana Saari and Michael Saari for assisting him with his processes at Phoenix Rising.
