The Columbus Cultural Arts Center will present Kindred: Phoenix Rising Printmaking Cooperative Core Member Exhibition from August 16 – September 21, 2024.

While there are multiple methods of fine art printmaking, they have much in common. Printmakers often come together to share large presses, unique equipment and specialized tools necessary to produce etchings, lithographs, serigraphs and relief prints. Kindred presents the diverse subject matter of our members using a wide variety of methods all rooted in the ancient art of printmaking.
“Phoenix Rising Printmaking Cooperative is dedicated to promoting the art of printmaking by providing a well-equipped studio, educational opportunities and an environment of mutual support, camaraderie and inspiration for artists and students, and the community. Established in 1996, the Phoenix Rising community ranges from founding members to more recent graduates and emerging artists, each creating in a variety of styles and printmaking methods.
